Mission Statement
To develop the Southeast Community of Midland by providing educational and economical avenues for its residents.
Ideal Community Economic Education Development, Inc (ICEED) is the new scent of productivity for the Southside of Midland, Texas. The board members have organized to motivate an already existing community into action and construction to increase the efficiency of Midland's Southside.
ICEED Strategies are:
- to increase the number of jobs within the community;
- to provide decent, safe and affordable housing;
- to provide better child care for families;
- to improve relationships and spiritual development initiatives.
